"Black and white bird's eye view pictorial map, approximately 15 x 26 inches on sheet 21 x 32 inches folding as issues to pamphlet 10 1/2 x 4 inches...This is a detailed bird's eye view map of Miami Beach and Miami from the east with major roads marked and small pictographs for noteworthy buildings. This includes many of the hotels both along the Miami Beach ocean front and inland. Many other buildings and areas are depicted and named. The map covers the area as far south as Chapman Field, and as far north as Miami Gardens Road and the Green Heron Apartments on the seafront. Two panels have information on the products offered by 'In and Out' Maps and Guides. The side panels list hotels under the banner 'Open to Civilians' a section below the map lists 'Information for Service Men and Women.' The are advertisements for local businesses along the top and bottom of the sheet. On the verso is a small map of the 'City of Coral Gables' with street index, and an even smaller one of "Miami to Key West" plus information on things to do." -oldimprints.com

The front cover includes illustration and article: Its Magnificent Entrance One of the Greatest of Coral Gables Features. The interior features a double page architectural rendering of "the Imposing" Douglas St. Entrance at Coral Gables.
