The 40-page report "After Hurricane Matthew: Resources, Capacities, and Pathways to Recovery and Reconstruction of Devastated Communities in Haiti" was written by Louis Herns Marcelin and Toni Cela, and published by the Interuniversity Institute for Research and Development (INURED) located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in May 2017.  The report was also published in French with the title "Apres l'ouragan Matthew: Ressources, Capacites et Moyens de Redressement et de Reconstruction des Communautes Devastees en Haiti. The University of Miami's Institute for Advanced Studies of the Americas and the College of Arts & Sciences are co-sponsors of the publication.
