The Julio Vera Collection contains documents from the sitcom Que Pasa, USA, on which Vera worked. It contains clippings, tickets, promotional material from the show, screenwriting correspondence, and a completed script for the episode "The Encounter."

Biographical Note

Julio Vera was a Cuban-American actor based in Miami. He was best known for his work in ¿Qué Pasa, U.S.A.?, the first bilingual sitcom broadcast in the United States, which followed a Cuban-American family living in Little Havana, Miami. The program ran from 1977-1980.
